4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
Financial Transaction Policy

Deposits made to a cili88 account are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that the amount and deposit details are correct before confirming any transaction.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Cili88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, prolonged account inactivity, or at the user's own request. In cases of closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
